Return Process

Mail returns to 3759 S. Baldwin Rd., Orion Township, MI 48359

• Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
• Returns must be received within 15 days of the original order date to be eligible.
• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make up and scent free.
• Original tags must be attached & intact.
• Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or bag to avoid damage when shipped back.
  • If shoes are shipped back using shoe box as the shipping box, or without the original box are subject to a fee varying from $5-$25.
• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@shoploulousboutique.com within 3 business days of the delivery date.
• Final sale items will not be accepted for return. See final sale item list below.
