We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy and would like to return an item, please read the information below for next steps! Returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card & return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

- Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
- Returns must be received within 15 days of the original order date to be eligible.
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make up and scent free.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or bag to avoid damage when shipped back.
- If shoes are shipped back using shoe box as the shipping box, or without the original box are subject to a fee varying from $5-$25.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of the delivery date.
