Return Policy

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy and would like to return an item please read the information below for next steps! Please note returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. *Please note return shipping is at the customers expense. We do not offer return labels at this time, but hope to as we grow! 
Return Process
  • You have 10 days from the time you receive the order to make the return request.
  • Email shoploulousboutique@yahoo.com and let us know what items you would like to return.
  • You will be issued a RA (return authorization) number and address to return the merchandise to.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Once the RA is issued, you have 10 days to return the merchandise back to LouLou's Boutique. Return shipping is at the customers expense. We do not offer return labels at this time, but hope to as we grow! 
  • If merchandise is received past the 10 day period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable: 

  • Bralette, Bodysuits, Jewelry & all accessories
  • Other items marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page

 

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item it must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Please send an email to shoploulousboutique@yahoo.com with the name on the order, the order number, and pictures of the defective item. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit. We will work with you to return or reimburse you for the item once the return is approved.

 

How will I receive my store credit?

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 5 business days after the return is received.

 

Can I make a return past the 20 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past 20 days. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $8 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must follow the return process listed above. Once you receive your digital gift card you may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
