In Store Return Process

• You have 14 days from purchase to return your item.
• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in addition to being smoke free, deodorant, make up and scent free.
• Original tags must be attached & intact.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (if applicable) and have no signs of wear.
• Final sale items will not be accepted for return. See final sale item list below.
• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@shoploulousboutique.com within 3 business days of the delivery date with details of your concern and pictures of the item.

Mail Back Return Process

• Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible.
• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in addition to being smoke free, deodorant, make up and scent free.
• Original tags must be attached & intact.
• Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box (if applicable). The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or bag to avoid damage when shipped back.
  • If shoes are shipped back using shoe box as the shipping box, or without the original box are subject to a fee varying from $5-$25.
• Final sale items will not be accepted for return. See final sale item list below.

How will I receive my store credit?

An E-Gift card will be emailed to you within 5 business days after the return is received. Please contact info@shoploulousboutique.com with any questions.

We want to make sure you order clothing that will fit you and your body type. Each product page will have a fit guide and a reference size chart specific for that product. If you have any further fit questions, email info@shoploulousboutique.com and we will be happy to help you!

To help you understand what your measurements are so you can order the right size for each style, below is a guide on where to measure your body (bust, waist, etc.) so you can choose the correct size based on the items reference size chart. 

For bust, waist and hip measurements you should measure all the way around your body until the tape measure touches.
